These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are concluded between the seller, Estelle Médium Canal, an individual entrepreneur registered at:

and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via this website, hereinafter referred to as “the Buyer”.

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms and Conditions define the contractual relationship between the Seller and the Buyer, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the online store.

Any purchase implies full acceptance by the Buyer of these Terms and Conditions, which the Buyer acknowledges having read prior to placing an order.

By ticking the boxes “I accept the terms” and “I acknowledge the General Terms and Conditions of Sale” during checkout, the Buyer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms in full.

The Buyer confirms that they have the legal capacity to enter into a contractual agreement under these Terms.

Prior to any transaction, the Buyer declares that purchases made on the Website are not directly related to their professional activity and are intended strictly for personal use.

The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, in order to comply with legal requirements or improve the Website.

The applicable Terms are those in force on the date of the order.

These Terms take precedence over any other conditions unless expressly agreed otherwise by the Seller.

Article 2 – Services Offered

The services offered are those presented on the Website, with detailed descriptions.

They include:

1) Online “psychic readings”

These are remote consultations delivered exclusively in video format.

The content is sent via email. By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges that the consultation is delivered remotely and that the video link will be sent to the email address provided during booking.

2) Group “readings” / extended channelled content

These are remote services delivered in video format via a private YouTube link.

Access to these paid extensions is available through three subscription plans with automatic renewal:

• 4 readings per month

• 8 readings per month

• Unlimited readings

The Buyer subscribes for the current month and may cancel at any time via their account under the “Subscription” section.

For the “Unlimited” plan, up to 6 readings are published per month. Only the most recent readings of the month remain available on the Website.

The Seller cannot be held responsible if the Buyer’s equipment, internet connection, or email address provided at checkout does not function properly.

The Seller is also not responsible for any unauthorized access to the Buyer’s email account due to negligence (e.g., hacking, weak passwords, etc.).

The Seller has an obligation of means, not of results. Therefore, no liability may be claimed if the content of a reading does not meet the Buyer’s expectations.

Estelle Médium Canal is not a healthcare professional. As such, readings never cover medical topics (diagnosis or progression of illness).

The Seller cannot be held responsible if the Buyer was unaware that health-related questions are excluded.

Article 3 – Pricing

Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included.

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time without notice. However, the price applied is always the one displayed at the time of the order.

The Buyer is informed of the price before confirming the order.

Article 4 – Orders and Payment

The Seller offers the Buyer several ordering and payment steps with two secure payment methods:

- Credit card payment (Stripe)

The Buyer selects a service, reviews the details and price, and proceeds to checkout.

The Buyer:

• accepts the Terms and Conditions by ticking the required box

• confirms the order

• is redirected to a secure payment interface

If payment is accepted, the order is confirmed and the contract is considered final.

Payments by credit card are irreversible.

In case of fraud, the Buyer may request a refund from their bank under applicable procedures.

Order confirmation implies full acceptance of these Terms.

The Seller will send order confirmation by email if the Buyer has provided an email address.

Article 5 – Retention of Ownership

The Seller retains full ownership of the digital content until full payment has been received.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

A 14-day withdrawal period applies only if the service has not yet been performed.

If the service is delivered before the end of the withdrawal period, this right no longer applies.

To exercise withdrawal, the Buyer must send a written request before service execution.

Article 9 – Liability

The Seller is only bound by an obligation of means.

The Seller cannot be held responsible for damages related to internet use, including data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruption, or other technical issues.

Article 10 – Intellectual Property

All content on the Website remains the exclusive intellectual property of Estelle Médium Canal.

Any reproduction, distribution, or use of any content (text, images, logos, visuals) is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.

Article 11 – Personal Data

The Seller commits to maintaining confidentiality of personal information.

In accordance with French data protection law (Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978), users have the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data at any time by contacting:

Article 12 – Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Le Mans, France.
